  1. I just love how passionate you are in explaining not only how the food taste like but also the HISTORY of the place you're visiting. <3

  2. Really love the way u have edited the video and presented – you didn’t just explore food but also showcased the history of the place .
    Loveee from Northeastt India💖💖

  3. U should try northeast Indian food from the local tooo, INDIA IS VERY DIVERSE and I think you would def love our ne food too

  4. Try popcorn but make a thick sauce of melted coconut oil, bit of soy sauce, bit of sri racha and a bunch of nutritional yeast…..then toss your popcorn with that. OMG. You wont' regret it.

  5. Hey chief dooby,

Grandpa from Grandpa Cooking channel didn't die. He still published content under Villege Cooking channel.

Awesome content as always. Very satisfying. Thank you for making them.

Please visit west India next time.
    Cheers 😊

  6. Hi, doobydobap, after watching this video, I have so much respect for you the way you explain the history or the taste of food, etc.

  7. Oof I loved every second of this video! Thank you Doobie!
As someone who grew up in India, my fav street food has been momo. Momo was introduced to India and other neighbouring countries by Tibetans. Indians make their momo with plain stuffings with veggies, garlic, salt, MSG, and oil. Same with meat. But when I came to Nepal which is my birth country, I was shocked with their own stuffing which includes masala. They have their own 'momo masala' here!
I apparently do not like the masala version on a regular basis but sometimes I do crave it on a rainy day haha!

  8. Ahhhh too good vlogs, it’s classy and all information added!!! 😭😭💋💋 also just a suggestion you can visit northeast India that’s the 7 sisters. And then visit the south. That way you will know the diversity of India. 🥰 however please do visit northeast of India 🍩

  9. As someone who grew up in Mumbai and left it almost 10 years ago and now vicariously lives through vlogs like this frequently when i miss my city and my food… trust me… this vlog is fucking GOATED!!! Your research of what all to hit couldn't have been more on point!!! You couldnt have snapshotted what Mumbai has to offer food wise any better than you did; Love this video!

  10. Dooby Please do visit the north east india you'll be super surprised by the food and culture there complete 180 degree of what your typical view on India is !!!!

  11. You picked the exact and right items to eat in Mumbai! However, Mumbai is not just South Mumbai. And Mumbai is not just Haji Ali and Mount Mary. Mumbai is its beautiful Hindu temples. Infact the name Mumbai is derived from the goddess Mumba Devi. And the native , indigenous Marathi people of Mumbai consider her as the caretaker of the city. Mumbai is not colonial architecture. Infact it is a symbol of oppression safeguarded by the non Marathi wealthy elite of Mumbai and an anti-Hindu congress government that reigned India was decades. You are from South Korea right! Your country demolished all the symbols of Japanese occupation. I appreciate that. Do you find Japansse buildings to stunning and cute?! How would it be if someoke came tobyour city and only saw Japanese buildings without seeing the rest of the city?!

  12. I'm amazed at how "well put" this video is, (as an Indian) I love how you tried everything. Hope to see a video in Kolkata, the food is very different and I know you will love it. Subscribed cause i want to see more of such beautiful content

  13. Manifested that you would visit India! 😅This video had made me watch it full-length with all my attention.Tina is my go to youtuber to watch.

  14. You have a new fan ❤
Love the way you show food and culture of a place.
Would love to meet you if I get chance ever.
    Love from India 🇮🇳
