    3:30 The bird and blanket is not because it is so euphoric, it's because it looks extremely disgusting for everyone around you have to hide yourself. Also, the canonical explanation is so God can not see you committing that atrocity.

    About the "ghosts" in the background of some of the scenes in "Our Man in Italy", I read that it was because of the way they film. They use computers to edit out people in the background and some folks aren't erased entirely.
