Hi my friends 💛
If you’re looking for comfort food without the carbs, today’s recipes are exactly what you need.
We’re making two cozy, family-style keto bakes that feel rich, hearty, and incredibly satisfying — yet completely flourless, low carb, and weight-loss friendly.

The first is a classic Shepherd’s Pie, reimagined with a creamy cauliflower topping instead of potatoes.
The second is a Chicken Alfredo Bake with tender chicken, broccoli, and a rich, cheesy cream sauce. Simple ingredients. Real comfort. No carbs needed 🥘✨

  1. Very similar to the low-carb shepherds pie that I make I would probably replace the carrots with a orange or red pepper! Looks great! Thank you!

  2. Thank you for these two wonderful dinner recipes. They look absolutely delicious. I will be trying them for sure.

  3. They both are delicious! I used to love shepherds pie. And i made with smashed swedes, it was ok ( my bloodsugar after was ok without insulin). Thank you for these great recepies ❤

  4. I shall have a go at both. I marginally prefer cauliflower to broccoli but I love them both. The idea of cottage pie, (or shepherd's for that matter), having avoided potatoes on my diet, is really appealing. It looks fantastic too. 👍😋

  5. thank you for a relaxing video. I am listening to this to calm down from the last video where the author yelled through the entire video. Had my whole body traumatized. yours is a great presentation and you havent said a word. Thank you for great recipes

  6. You forgot the peas! 🙂 Can’t have cottage pie without peas. Great recipes 👌🏼 I love cottage pie in the winter, and this is a great way to have it guilt free

  7. Yes, meats, low-carb veggies, and fats in any combination = success. At this point such videos are mostly (I hope, for the sake of people trying keto) posted for aesthetics, because it certainly isn't innovation… but it does show how easy it is to cook healthy and motivates to get up your ass and cook something good. To which I sincerely invite everyone – it often takes less time than waiting for door dash / uber eats, and always gives the priceless feeling of independence.
