If you’re dreaming of stone-paved alleys, ancient crafts, and the timeless charm of a Calabrian hilltop village, Oriolo is waiting for you between the peaks of the Pollino National Park and the Ionian Sea. This Visit Italy video is your perfect window into everyday life in Oriolo, where community, traditions, and nature blend together like a living symphony.

From cobblers’ and tailors’ workshops to hands kneading dough, from luthiers to blacksmiths, every gesture reveals a piece of authentic history, far from overtouristed routes. In just one minute and twenty-five seconds, the spot captures the soul of a medieval village watched over by its castle, the Mother Church of San Giorgio, and narrow lanes opening onto views of the Pollino and the Ionian.

Whether you’re planning a trip to Calabria or an itinerary through Italy’s lesser-known villages, this visual guide will inspire you to experience Oriolo slowly, connecting with its community and traditions.

Don’t miss the chance to discover Oriolo’s art, craftsmanship, and warm hospitality through the eyes of Visit Italy. Ready to be amazed?
