Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
¾ c Mayo
3/4 c Whole Milk Yogurt, plain
½ c Whole Milk, Half & Half, or Nut Milk
1 tbsp White vinegar
½ tsp Dried Dill Weed
1 tbsp Fresh Dill, finely chopped (you can use dry only, add heaping tsp)
1 tsp dried Parsley or 1 tbsp Fresh Italian Parsley, finely chopped
1 Scallion, minced
1 ½ tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
⅛ tsp White Pepper
¼ tsp Sea Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
Pinch of cayenne, optional
Preparation
Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well. If you would like it to be thinner, just add a little more milk or even water.
Tips
Change flavor by adding some smoked paprika or even Chipotle peppers (for those spiceheads!)
You can even swap out the mayo and use Greek Yogurt as the base.
