Today in the miniature kitchen, we finally get to making home made pasta! I remember seeing these made in large batches. I always called them 5 finger pasta because you use all of your fingers to make them 🙂 Traditionally they are called Govadil. As you can see, they are easy to make and you do not need a pasta machine to make them. The inconsistency in the shapes are OK and what make them look hand made.

Govadil Pasta
▶ Ingredients
Pasta
1/4 Flour
2 Eggs
1/4 tsp Oil
Mix all of the ingredients together and kneed the douhg for about 4-6 minutes. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes cut and form to shape.
Sauce
Olive oil
Butter
Garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
I usually add the olive oil, then the onion. I cook that down a little and add the butter until melted. Then I add water to create more sauce.
At the stage after the garlic is cooked, you can add broccoli, asparagus, zucchini or any vegetable you want to add.
