  1. I went to a local pizza place by me that does happy hour pies, and the special for the day was sauce, sausage, and onions with no cheese. And they still called it a pizza, so I guess this counts too

  2. If the cheese is either really good or really bas, you can hypothetically just eat the cheese off a pizza, then leave the sauce based bread to eat after

  3. It's called pizza pomodoro. And no, a pizza with no sauce is not a pita, that's a completely different food.

  4. You should change your name to calling people Nazis to justify their murder

  5. Pizza had no tomato sauce for centuries
    Tomatoes come from America!
Pizza have registry of existing at least 500 years before colonization of the Americas, let alone, sourcing and integrating to the European gastronomy!!!

And remember that "Italian" it's a modern concept, we all united under the italian Flag, but every region of italy has their own centuries of history, culture, and gastronomy
That from an outsider perspective is just considered "italian"

  6. My grandmother would make them like that. Charred crust and sweet tomato sauce, played off each other really well. A little olive oil on top and it makes me feel like a kid again at my grandparents house.
