While in Genoa, Italy 🇮🇹 we checked out Cibus 13 after hearing they put a creative spin on classic Italian dishes — and it did NOT disappoint. From the presentation to the flavors, everything felt familiar but elevated in the best way. Fresh ingredients, bold twists, and seriously delicious plates.
