Limited to 18 guests (that is the max) around one table – we will focus on the wines of two great Tuscan wineries: Bibi Graetz and Bertinga. Chef Denice and I started on the menu this afternoon.
I was made aware of this opportunity this morning, and decided to jump on it. It will be fun!

Bibi Graetz – 3 wines including their epic Testamatta (100% Sangiovese)
Bertinga – Their 2021 vintage of 100% Sangiovese Chianti Classico DOCG (2021 is rated an incredible vintage in Chianti and also Barolo)
$92 includes the 4 wines and the 4-course dinner with dishes focused on Tuscany
