Today we’re in Dublin with one simple mission: find the best pizza slice in the city.

We visited three very different pizza spots, each serving a completely different style:
• Doom Slice – Detroit style
• Manny’s Pizza – Roman style
• Bambino – New York style

Each slice had its own personality.

Doom Slice delivered a thick Detroit-style pizza with crispy edges, soft sponge-like dough, and bold garlic tomato sauce.

Manny’s Pizza brought a Roman-style slice with a lighter, airy base and incredible crunch, topped with silky tomato sauce and creamy cheese.

Bambino finished the lineup with a classic New York-style slice, big, cheesy, foldable, and hugely popular with locals.

Three pizzas. Three styles. Three very different experiences.

If you’re visiting Dublin and craving pizza, this is the slice guide you need.

But we want to know your opinion too…
Where is the best pizza in Dublin?

  1. Hi Matt. 3 great looking pizzas.. and as you said it always has to be stiff and rigid…Ooo matron 😂😂😂👍👍 great content as always

  2. looked legit gents, enjoy the craic and slice of the action! look forward to another ruby review mids way, hidden gem perhaps!

  3. Got to do top 3 kebabs in Dublin mate. Reyna is well up there. Peri Mediterranean is also excellent. There are various others too eg Passion4Food

  4. If you want to avoid the queues in Bambino go to the branch on the corner of Baggot Street/Kildare Street. The pizza is slightly better there too!

  5. Matt…you and Dan need to try the scabby oss in darlaston next time you're in the black country!! Banging breakfast… Mighty sausage

  6. How is it Beard Meets Food gets 163000 views after posting his video 40 minutes ago and after 7 hours you have only got 6500 views. Is YT not your audience? It’s strange how vast the difference is. What is your best channel?

  7. I think Bambino is awful. It's just hype and the slices were over priced cardboard. I think DiFontaines is a far better slice for the same style of pizza as Bambino

  8. I don't understand why people queue so long for Bambino when Mani is literally around the corner 😂

  9. If you're actually hitting either of those last 2 spots, you gotta go for the Carbonara slice in Mani or the Vodka slice in Bambino…thank me later 😁
