My favourite breakfast on my travels has to be Israeli…….. fresh salads, eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese etc. Not keen on sweet pastries for breakfast.

The uk and Ireland for me,but the uk is made up of four different countries and they all have different versions of the fried breakfast.
Not enough protein too many carbs except for a few I would prefer eggs,meat, fresh fruit and nuts.
