Mediterranean healthy cooking- Tabouli

Ingredients- Bulgur #1 (fine)
2 parsley bunches (Italian)
2 tomatoes
Few lettuce leaves (optional)
Green onion or regular onions
1 lemon
Olive oil
Chili powder optional

(Soak 4 tables spoons of bulgur in oil and lemon)
• mint leaves can be shipped in too
• Some variations- I sometimes rub the chopped onion in a tablespoon of cinnamon.
• a small piece of the lemon skin can be chopped fine and added to the Tabouli.

Depends what you are craving! You can try these variations if you like.
If you have a gluten allergy you can add quinoa.

Chop the rest like shown in the video, mix well and enjoy!
