Recipe:
Prep Steps
Fish Marination
– 1/2 Lemon
– Crushed black pepper
– 3-4 tbl spoons of curd
– 2-3 tbl spoons of ginger garlic
– 2-3 tea spoon each of Cumin(Jeera) powder, Coriander(Dhaniya) powder, Red chili powder
– 1 tea spoon Turmeric (haldi), 1 tea spoon of Garam Masala
– 2-3 Green Chilies grinded to paste
– Chilli Flakes
– Pink Salt
– Olive Oil

Salad Prep
-Washed and cleaned Lettuce of your choice
-Boiled Brocolli, carrots, beans, bell peppers, peas.(7-10 min)
-Saute in light oil for 2-3 minutes adding some salt and pepper

Pasta Preps:
– Freshly chopped Garlic – 7-8 cloves
– 2 Green onions finely chopped
– Mushrooms cleaned (250 grams)
– Wheat Pasta

Steps for Grilling fish
1.Pan fry the fish fillets with 6-7 drops of olive oil for 5-6 minutes on medium- low flame, flipping it not very frequently else might break
2.Pre-heat the grill for 5 minutes, and add the pan fried fish for 2-3 minutes on auto

Aglio Olio
– Boil the pasta for 10-12 minutes till the pasta starts turning soft , add some salt and oil to it.
-For preparing the base, add 5-6 drops of olive oil, crushed garlic, spring onions , chili flakes and mushrooms
– saute for 4-5 minutes.
– once the pasta is done, instantly add the pasta to this sauce and stir fry for 1-2 minutes
– add freshly grated parmesan , chili flakes and some fresh parsley
