Without tasting the food I’ve give that place a 1. And for atmosphere only. None of that food looked particularly appealing
i think it should have bin a 1 star because the food wasnt perfect at all and why would you come back extra for it its more like if i am close i would give it a seccond try

This would be much nicer if they had an old classic carriage that has been upgraded on the inside with nice decor and floors. My grandad would love it.. but i cant think of anything worse than dining in a public train. The food and aesthetics just dont match. I mean they would do better using an old train station building for something like this.

You should visit the boys at Fallow, that would be a nice crossover.
You should collaborate with Max and Chad from Cold Ones so they can review the entire drinks menu while you do the food.

sooo many questions…. why are they doing this? why a subway train? Why would anyone opt to eat a nice meal in a subway train instead of a nice restaurant? I imagine a 6-8 course meal like that takes a lot work and tools to make it, so where do they cook the food? every subway i have been on is somewhere between dirty and disgusting, how is this hygienic?

You should try The Gun, Docklands in Canary Wharf, London. You would surely love it mainly because of its 300-year-old history and the great staff.

You should do a collaboration with a good food venue and you create a eating challenge.
