Chicken and shrimp Rustica
1 tbsp butter
4 oz chicken
5 shrimps
Sprinkle of pepper
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
2 oz heavy cream
2 oz white wine
2 oz precooked bacon
4 oz milk
1 tsp salt
3 oz Parmesan
6 oz precooked penne pasta
2 oz Parmesan (topping)
1 tsp paprika (topping)
1/2 tsp dried rosemary (topping)
Tip:
*Heavy cream must be at its boiling point before adding the wine
*Place the bowl in the oven until cheese and paprika are golden brown (~5min at 350F)
