Hot Italian Grinder Sliders

– preheat oven to 350

– place 12 slider bun bottoms in a baking dish and layer with provolone cheese, deli ham, hard salami and pepperoni

– place bun tops back on and brush with a glaze consisting of a few tbsp of melted butter, some parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp salt

– bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bun tops are toasted

– while the sliders are baking, combine 1/4 cup mayo, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp Italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp each of pepper, salt and garlic powder. Stir until combined

– next add 8oz shredded lettuce, 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers and 1/2 cup diced tomato. Stir until combined

– remove sliders from oven and add the grinder salad mixture on top of the deli meats

– put the bun tops back on and slice between each slider sandwich

– serve immediately
