  3. Aglio olio e pepperoncino. Even if you master the technique it ends up tasting mid. The only way to level it up any further is increasing the ingredient quality=spending more money, which eventually defeats the whole point of making aglio olio. Just add few drops of fish sauce and make spaghetti con colatura di alici, it tastes 1000 times better even with discount store garlic and olive oil
