This Cioppino (Italian-American seafood stew) is INCREDIBLE. Shrimp, fish, clams, and mussels are all simmered in a rich tomato-and-wine broth built from the ground up with onions, garlic, and fennel for serious depth of flavor.

It looks fancy, tastes restaurant-quality, and is way easier to make than you’d think.
