  1. OMG! You must try Blitva (potatoes with Swiss Chard, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper). So simple and incredibly delicious. It's a Croatian recipe and extremely popular there. Love all your videos regardless of what you are doing.

  9. My Dad liked to make potato croquettes. I think I will make them this week. I also agree about lemon. My family never used mint. Iโ€™m going to get a plant and grow some in my garden box. I use peppermint essential oil as my healing oil! Thanks!
I hope you start getting great weather. ๐Ÿ˜Š

  11. Once I was in Campania, at a small restaurant in a small town. Our host asked for the pasta with potatoes….but what we didn't find out until the chef brought it out was that it was really pasta with potatoes and whole shavings of black truffle! Goes without saying that it was incredible, but the surprise was something we remembered for years.

  12. Being Irish, I love my potatoes! I enjoyed watching you prepare your 3 potato dishes. All looked so scrumptious! Thanks for sharing your recipes with us. Grazie! โ™ฅโ™ฅ

  13. Hi ! originally from Brooklyn NY, my mom would make many economical Italian dishes for dinner, my favorite was potato's and pasta ! It was a light tomato sauce with ditalini pasta and we added grated Parmigian cheese at the table! So simple but delicious! My late grand father was from Procida in Naples.
