Try this Moong Dal Momlet Pizza made with soaked moong dal, garlic, green chili, and a little besan for perfect texture.

I soaked 1 cup moong dal for 4 hours, blended it with garlic, green chili, and salt. Then added 1 spoon besan and prepared the base on an iron cast tawa. Topped it with homemade red chili sauce, colorful bell peppers, onion, oregano, chili flakes, and lots of cheese. Cooked for just 5 minutes and the healthy pizza was ready!
