Ingredients:
– 2 cups flour (Italian “00” or all-purpose)
– 1 tsp yeast
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1/2 cup warm water
– 1/4 cup tomato sauce (San Marzano tomatoes)
– 1 cup mozzarella cheese (fresh or shredded)
– Fresh basil leaves
– Olive oil
– Salt

Steps:
1. Mix dough, knead 10 mins, let rise 1-2 hours.
2. Roll out thin (wood-fired style).
3. Top with sauce, cheese, basil.
4. Bake at 250°C (480°F) for 10-12 mins.
