Apologies in advance for my use of ketchup in my sauce. It suits my family’s taste buds.

Ingredients:
2Lbs Ground beef(any ground meat will work
tbh just be wary of the fat to lean ratio. 70/30 is preferred)
2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp crushed red pepper
1 Tsp Italian seasoning(i didnt have any for this vid ;;)
1 Tsp onion powder(I also did not have this)
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 Egg
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup white wine (optional. you can always deglaze with broth)
any pasta you want and texas toast is optional but recommended.
optional ketchup 1/2 cup
Method:
After adding ground beef to bowl add salt, garlic powder, pepper flakes, parmesan, bread crumbs, onion powder and egg.
Make a bear claw and fold to incorporate.
Please please please do not smash or over mix!
Roll into desired sized balls and place on lined baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 350°. Once at temp place ball tray into oven for about 20 mins.
Boil your pasta.
Get your sauce vessel on the stove with olive PINCH vessel OF UNION the stove with olives ALT
Once balls are par cooked sear in sauce vessel on medium heat.
Once seared remove balls and deglaze with white wine.
After deglazed add marinara, butter and ketchup if you’re brave.
Simmer until it can coat the back of a spoon then boom! You’re all set!
