In this video we share two important moments of this season: the opening of our new cellar and the winter pruning in the vineyard ✂️🍇.
The cellar is not completely finished yet — there is still a lot of work ahead of us. But we decided to inaugurate it anyway because reaching this point means so much to us. Opening the doors of this space, even while the work continues, was a truly emotional moment and an important step in the journey of our winery.
At the same time, winter pruning reminds us where everything begins: in the vineyard. Each cut we make today will guide the vines and help shape the quality of the grapes for the next harvest.
Wine is a long journey made of patience, work, and passion — both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
