"Asian cooking doesn't have exact recipes, you cook it the way you like" – SO TRUEEE, we cook from the heart rather than following a script, because everyone here has their own secret version to share.
I can hear @Lionfield screaming at you ๐
I can hear those 2 Italians scream ๐ญ

You should be apologising to yourself ๐ฅ
I'm Polish, my mom used to cook pasta with ketchup sauce and sausages when we were kids. Money was tight, this was cheap and quick to make. It is actually nice, one of my comfort foods. Then again Polish people f*ck pasta in many ways – we eat it with strawberries, spinach or quark and sugar. As long as it tastes good to you, cook however you want.
I LOVEEE garlic SO much, this looks so yummy ๐๐
Apologize to my eyes.๐ญ
Can we talk about the portion size… Why is it that small???
As an italian I gasped so hard ๐ ๐ ๐
Guys this is Napolitan pasta which originated in Japan and the sauce is ketchup. So no, not italy, and no, we Japanese are not sorry, blame the Americans that brought that massive amount of ketchup here
She cooked an amazing meal for herself. Please continue and don't apologise to anyone for self-care.
U will be scared to see indians making pasta๐..

You can try with tomato sauce and gochujang, it tastes great too ! (I don't really like ketchup in pasta, but gochujang goes in so many meals)
Itโs better to do the Italian way not because im Italian but because is simple as that or even simplier to cook a nice dish with a few natural ingredients.
She said sorry Japan because Neapolitan spaghetti is made in Japan which is Korianized
