Oh Priyanka. The woman you are! I couldn’t stop smiling the entire interview. She’s such a light. Full of wisdom and eloquence. Incredible story teller. I was touched by the story about her dad and how he advocated for her when she won the award. How she would have loved him to meet Nick and her daughter.
I don’t know her or Nick at all, but I find it very comforting to hear positive remarks about marriage. Especially these days when we’re flooded with soo much negativity regarding marriages, relationships, love and their longevity.

She's so gorgeous and eloquent.
One of the things I love most about this show is, aside from the weirdness of some dishes people grew up with being normal, the recognition of the widespread role that nostalgia plays in enjoyment of food. I think any seemingly absurd combination or quality of food can taste great as long as you had strong memories of it growing up.
I would absolutely love an Elizabeth Eats NY collab. She is really doing the lords work by sitting down and talking with people and sharing a meal. ❤

Lol nothing wrong with cheese and crackers but its kind of sad as a last meal. You can eat anything at all and you choose the most basic of kitchen cabinet struggling dollar tree snacks. The idea is to go alllll out. Pig out eat the junk you would love but never get to eat for your health.
