Have you ever eaten “phone cords”?

That’s what I used to call the long, curly strands of melted mozzarella when I was a kid, in my favorite baked pasta, back when home phones actually had cords. Those cheesy “phone cords” are exactly why I’m so excited to invite you to my class this Saturday, March 7th.

I’ll be teaching Cheesy Béchamel Baked Pasta, the Italian version of mac ’n cheese I grew up with. It’s layered with creamy béchamel, melted mozzarella, and savory prosciutto, then baked until golden and comforting.

This is our fifth live class of Season 19 (and our 113th since 2020!) with Chicca’s Cooking Club. I’d love for you to join me as we dive into the world of Italian cuisine.
