Today I’m making a comforting classic, Spaghetti Bolognese that’s full of rich, deep flavor and so easy to prepare. 🍝

I start by sautéing garlic, celery, carrots, and onion in olive oil until soft and fragrant. Then I add Italian sausages and let them brown beautifully. A splash of wine goes in to deglaze the pan, followed by salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and fresh basil for that extra aromatic touch. Let everything simmer until the sauce thickens and the flavors come together perfectly. 🤍

Meanwhile, boil your pasta until al dente, toss it with the sauce, and finish with freshly grated Parmesan. 🧀
