Every day I get so many emails and comments asking why you can’t locate the music I use or find it using Shazam. I purchase music licenses for almost all the music you hear in my videos. I buy them them from various royalty-free production music sites and most of the time they don’t list the performer because it’s music made only for film productions with an audio watermark throughout the entire track, unless you purchase the single-use license for $50-100 per track. I use a lot of opera so often I’ll reference the opera but I won’t be able to direct you to a recording of that specific performance that you could stream or buy on iTunes or Spotify. Hope that clears things up and thank you for appreciating quality music.

  1. I forgot to mention Kylie in my previous comment, but if Guido is successful in growing your own grain, you can buy electric small wooden mills for your home. A Swedish bread artisan who makes and sells sour dough near us buys whole grain from a good source and only ever mills on the day of baking so you keep all the nutrients in. They are table top and around 300 GBP. Only grind the grain as you need it. I can see you doing this perhaps in the future. ❤

  2. Another fun video…What a labor of love making pasta like that is!! Beautiful, fresh, and I can image the flavor!

  7. Find Italian cooking preparations, fascinating. In my next life would really love to be good at it. So I would live in Italy in a village where I would learn from the elders. So perfect. ❤ Thank you for all your lovely sensitive movie clips

  8. Such a joy to watch real pasta making in Tuscany! A community effort.Especially loved the guitar spaghetti

  9. A wonderful video as always! I love community cooking, even if it is only 3 people (plus a small audience!) Makes me hungry. Makes me want to go to Italy again.

  10. Thank you for the lighthearted video and so lovely to see everyone working together and enjoying themselves. Marzia is such a beautiful neighbour. Bravissima!

  11. I LOVED this video Kylie!!!!So authentic.
I broke into a big smile when I found out Marzia is a nurse because I am also!!!
Long time subscriber from US.I don't post a lot but I watch every video.

  12. So enjoyed the happy kitchen chat in a language I don't know. It was so pleasant I didn't really want to read the text. I'm jealous of that meal. Beautiful borage you have. I once grew borage but never knew to eat the greens, only the beautiful flowers that taste a bit like cucumber and are pretty in salad.

  13. I love this episode! Great seeing Marzia and Guido again. I’ve only eaten borage flowers. Great to know the greens are edible too.

  14. What a delightful video! It was so wonderful to see Guido again and to see a great cook at work! I enjoyed every minute of the conversation and the cooking! Thank you for always bringing a feast for the eyes and the heart, Kylie!

  15. That was so lovely, thank you. I loved watching Marzia working her magic and all the interactions between all of you as well. You can video this type of cooking any time-I learn so much and it gives me courage to try new things for myself.

  16. oh Kylie! What a special treat to see all three of you together in the kitchen. And of course to hear lil Gianfraco's voice in the background XO. Thank you ❣

  17. I LOVED this video! How fun to share food & bread knowledge with Mariza. I transplanted two borage plants in my backyard last summer. I just loved the beautiful blue/purple flowers. I had no idea that the leaves were edible. What fun it is to learn about plants! And, Gudio talking about growing wheat for flour? Such a fun afternoon. Thank you for sharing with us.

  18. So wonderful to hear relaxed, conversational spoken Italian. Bonus fun fact from Guido I never knew, odd numbers for ravioli and flowers! Does that mean you don’t buy or give a dozen roses in Italy? So many things happening, I will watch this one many times to pick up the language.

  19. What a lovely video! It felt like we were visiting with you in your kitchen with a glass of red wine! ❤

  20. I have my own little kitchen mill and I always think the next step has to be growing my own grain… if you already have that you should definitely get your own mill!!
