  1. So good to have you back and the Q&A today was full of both good and fun information. Looking forward to seeing more properties with our favorite guide to all things Italy. Cheers!

  4. "The camera will adjust" and suddenly……Nick is a decade younger! How did you do that, sir?! LOL. Always a pleasure. 🔥💪🔥

  5. Blessed are You, Lord our God, creator of the universe, who brings forth bread from the earth. We thank you for this miracle.

  6. Fantastico, grazie. Another question: Do you offer your experience as a builder / project manager to clients buying a renovation?
    Garth & Melissa in Oregon

  7. I believe you need to get an International Drivers License from your home country before you arrive, and it is good for one year. Then – the dreaded Italian Drivers License.

  8. Is Carla from the NE of England originally, I am detecting a tadge of Geordie?😃 This was a lovely change, thank you both. Big hug for Mum too Nick.

  9. A pleasure to watch you enjoying yourself. Look forward to your own house reveal. Wine has featured in several of your videos; I remember Rick Steiner on a barge in France stopping off and buying wine at vineyards along the route for silly cheap prices… can that be done in Italy? Do Italian wineries sell at the door for a better price? Or has that lifestyle changed and gone?

  10. I So very much Enjoyed this Video Thanks Nick Much Appreciated!!!.. Fabulous Food and Wonderful Conversation 👍.. Thanks!!

  11. Thank you so much for commenting on personal questions .
I never dare to ask these , but it's so nice getting to know you better …
Your house and garden is a thing I love to see ..
But in your time , and what you want to share .
Have a nice weekend all , my dears

  12. Nick, I lived in Italy for 3 years. It was absolutely the best time of my life. If you are genuinely interested, want to learn Italian, and meet people, Italians will respond in kind. Once I made Italian friends, we were welcomed into their homes like family. I hope to go back again. If I was a few years younger, I would have stayed. Grazie!

  13. Thank you for sharing. We look forward to seeing you every weekend.
You must be hugging trees off camera 🙂 these days.

  14. Question: What renovation jobs MUST be done by professionals – how much can a skilled and ambitious owner legally do?

  16. Hi Nick! I am Andrea from Maryland, USA. Thank you for answering my question about the Italian driver's license. The entire video was very informative and I enjoyed learning so many things about Italian property purchases as well as about you, your family, and your mother. Sending prayers and strong spirit to your mother! IShe is a wonder and I bought one of her books. 😊 I must confess that I am a bit jealous of you and Carla enjoying a gorgeous lunch at Luigi's restaurant. 😂 It is on my must do list for Umbria. Is this area famous for wild boar?

  17. I enjoyed this because it was not just a Q&A, it was about the restaurant and Italian food I never heard of before. Well done you.

  18. Carla you are lovely and beautiful! Thank you for all this info, it's amazing, and lots to consider. Must learn Italian!

  19. Hi Nick. Big thanks to you and Carla for the excellent Q and A over that sumptuous lunch. Every morsel looked exquisitely delicious.

Great information, well delivered as usual. So worthwhile to watch and make notes. Inspiring! 👍

  20. Is the restaurant L'osteria del Bosco in Strada Tibertina Nord? We still have to enjoy that outstanding Chianti Classico. Ian e Ruth, Spello/Australia
