I love this one. Seems to be worth every penny theyโre asking. I would live in those last 2 rooms in the first house. All the light and the wood ceilingsโฆ โค the second home, I can surely imagine my own furnishings since theirs are not my taste at all. I always love your videos! Theyโre what I choose to watch when winding down at night.
House 1 is really cool, and beautifully renovated. I can see the appeal of House 2 but it just looks way too impractical for every day life, even looking past the thematic furniture.
I like both houses. The first one is a bit bunkerish. The view out the back would be nice if it could be utilized in a better way. The 2nd house looks big from the outside but felt small inside. I think the over abundance of furnishings contributes to that feel. The place was still just to chopped up of a floor plan for me. I would have liked for there to have been at least one grand large room. The rooftop deck views were fantastic. Both properties, in my opinion, were extremely over priced. Great video, and thanks for showing us the town and great food.

It's 8:55 a.m. this Saturday in South Carolina, where I live. My husband brought me breakfastโmy coffee and a sandwichโand I told him I was going to the bedroom to watch my YouTube channel from Italy. What a surprise when I turned on the TV! The latest video came on. I love this channel. Thank you so much for letting me dream of having a home someday, who knows, maybe in Italy. Only God knows. Thank you so much for such wonderful work. I love this channel.
The first property was particularly nice. The second, not so much. Too โrococoโ dark, claustrophobic and boudoir-ish ๐ for my taste.
The prices of those two properties are very reasonable! Are prices going down?

I spent 3 days in Todi back in 2023. Such a wonderful town and absolutely wonderful people. I had dinner just up the street from Osteria Valle, at Vineria San Fortunato. Exquisite little restaurant. I can't wait to go back to Todi.
