As Italian, I could say that in the UK we have more choices to find any kind of food, ethnic food and of course British recipes.
If properly cooked even a Full English Breakfast is something so superb 👌 with the right ingredients, or like all meat pies with smash potatoes.
In the UK, you need to discover old forgotten recipes to really enjoy the local food.
Like in Italy: you can eat a magnificent Carbonara 😋 or get rubbish if not properly and accurately cooked.
Said that:
1. In my opinion, 50% Italian Food and 50% British one.
2. Please, don’t call Salami a single piece of salame😂
3. Don’t serve an expresso coffee and asking if the client want to have water…and then you pour water into the expresso!😂😂😂😂
4. Enjoy any kind food, make love and be happy.😊
