I always feel drained when its time to cook. But as soon as one of my daughters ask what on the menu I get a brust of energy. I LOVE to cook and my daughters love to watch me and learn. I know one day I won't be able to cook for them so I wanna do it as much as I can now.

I stopped calling myself lazy as well. Speaking words of kindness to yourself is important. Taking care of a family is hard work and we are allowed to be tired.
If I could live off chicken Alfredo, I would, but I have learned the hard way that I cannot because it backs me up lol even incorporating fruits, and veggies. Just out of curiosity, how do you guys do it? You said you make pasta pretty often because I’m trying to eat pasta chicken Alfredo every day.😩✨
Maybe u should get your vitamin d levels checked I went to do blood work because I was always so tired and exhausted feeling lazy from the moment I would wake up I got prescribed vitamin d pills and felt like a new person by the end of the night

I have always cooked my meatballs in the oven.
Chicken tetrazzini or chicken and buttered elbow noodles, no peek chicken, if you want something different!💜
