Vegetable & beef not my favorite. My husband loves it. So I make it once in a while.😊

ALWAYS…. Medium Rare. Send it back for some more char if it's too rare.
I always like your videos , and always commend you all with your YouTube videos with the fact not sure what you all are doing , but get all my surround home theatre’s speakers front and rear playing all your voices throughout my living room versus any other YouTubers I watch don’t do that , and you all can never have an answer why that is , but anyway keep it up, and if you all ever have an answer for that let me know ? Maybe it’s your camera or how you all are miked up 👍🤩
Depends on the cut but usually mid rare is the way to go. I can do straight medium on a Ribeye.

Never been to Howards but have seen several reviews and the food looks delicious… Brooks I always crush the crackers before I open the package…lol …my husband would love that Beef Hot shot is what we call it… yummy… my husband and I like medium rare steaks…love your nails Christy…so nice that you got to talk with the owner of Best Italian and got to see the construction… going to be really nice when finished… Thanks for taking us along… GOD BLESS

That looked like great food. We’ve never eaten there but looks well worth it.
My family stop and had dinner there once. Love it. We ate outside and a bear walked down the creek. So awesome!! Also don't get mad but steak has to be well done. 👌

Medium rare a little pink inside
As a solo traveler the line is always too long so it wasn't until my third Gatlinburg visit that I went in. I went in before the dinner rush and was seated right away. I had the vegetable beef soup and it was excellent. I wanted to try that sandwich Christy got but I figured a steak was the thing to try. Rib Eye, rare. It was terrific. Thanks for the history of the place.

Was going to try Howard's a couple times but just didn't get there. After your great review I am definitely going the next time in Gatlinburg. Open face roast beef is still a pretty popular item here in PA.

Both meals looked delicious! We would try the steak dinner for two. Is there parking close to the restaurant?
All the food looked delicious. Here in PA we don't put mashed potatoes on an open face sandwich , Just 1 piece of bread, the meat and gravy,. As for the steak, my steak has to be well, well done. No pink at all. Sorry to say.
Brooks can rip out corny jokes as fast as a chain fed machine gun and we love it. Great video to watch for me, as Howard's was the last restaurant I took my late mother to. Great memory. Thanks guys. Keep making memories and we will keep on watching.
