🍤🧄 Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp
Juicy shrimp baked in a buttery garlic sauce, topped with Parmesan and herbs.
Ready in 20 minutes and absolutely irresistible!
🛒 Ingredients
• 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional for crunch)
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• Juice of ½ lemon
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ Season the Shrimp
Place shrimp in the dish.
Drizzle with olive oil and toss with garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
3️⃣ Add Topping
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs (if using), and melted butter.
Sprinkle evenly over the shrimp.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
5️⃣ Finish
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

Serve over pasta, rice, zucchini noodles, or with crusty bread to soak up that garlic butter sauce 😍
