In this episode, we stepped into the kitchen with a real Italian nonna (who was not going easy on us) to learn how to make fresh fettuccine and authentic carbonara from scratch.

She taught us how to make the dough by hand, roll it out the traditional way, cut fresh pasta properly and then she judged us.
