  3. So happy to see you proposing and testing out Italian wine it feels like it’s been a minute! Of course it’s quite obvious to see more French wine since it’s a « French » restaurant but, as someone said in the comments earlier, keep doing these Italian’s masterpiece! And thanks again to share all of this with us! ❤

And I got a question too (hehe): I know there’s some wines that are more predisposed to age quite a lot but what really makes a wine more capable to age then another one fore example and what might be the criteria/guideline to decide if it’s better to be aging 10/15/20+ years or being drink almost right away!?

  5. It’s incredible how well Barolo / Barbaresco age. Recently had some 2006s and 2008s and they will easily last another decade
