Advertisement The Lloyd D. Nabors Demolition company had attempted to bring down an 11-story office building in the Texas city, but the center of the tower, which includes an elevator shaft, remained standing, NBC DFW reported.  The rest of the building is slated to be knocked down later in the week, the demolition company said. Social media users have had a field day sharing images of the building, which has been dubbed the “Leaning Tower of Dallas” in reference to the famed Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy.
