My favorite food is a good sandwich and on homemade sourdough focaccia? It’s incredible.
I use my sourdough focaccia recipe (1.5x it!), bake it in a big sheet pan, slice it once it’s cooled, and freeze it flat. When we want sandwiches, I just pull out a few pieces and toast them straight from frozen. So much better than the bread aisle 🙌🏻

Does this mean you bread prep several and then freeze it? Or do you freeze your raw dough? I just need clarification.
