Rice Paper Pizza Roll

Ingredients:
2 Sheets of Rice Paper
25-30g Low Fat Shredded Cheese
1 Serving Turkey pepperoni
Pizza Sauce
1 Egg (Egg wash)

Italian Sausage Style Chicken:
100g Cooked Extra Lean Ground Chicken
Fennel seeds (toasted and crushed)
Dried Oregano
Dried Basil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Chili flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare by whisking 1 egg and soaking the rice paper one by one
2. Place the Rice paper in a horizontal line with slight overlap
3. Add the following ingredients: 100g of cooked italian style ground chicken, 2 Tbsp of pizza sauce, 20-25g of low fat cheese and 1 serving of turkey pepperoni.
4. Carefully roll ensuring that the ends are tucked in
5. Fold into itself forming a swirl pattern.
6. Coat in an egg wash and sprinkle the remainder of the cheese
7. Bake or air fry at 350F for 12-15mins and enjoy!

  1. Italian sausage is made from pig meat and it's not spicy so wtf are are mimicking with that?
