🔥 CAJUN CREAM FIRE PASTA 🔥

~740–760 calories
~60–63g protein
~65g carbs
~28–32g fat per serving
INGREDIENTS:
• 4 lbs 93/7 lean ground beef
• 10 oz Cajun-style andouille sausage
• 16 oz dry penne or rigatoni
VEGGIES:
• 2 bell peppers, diced
• 1 large yellow onion, diced
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
SAUCE BASE:
• 1 cup beef broth
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
CAJUN SEASONING:
• 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½–1 tsp cayenne
• ½ tsp dried thyme
CHEESE FINISH:
• 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
Crockpot HIGH 2.5–3 hours.
Add cream cheese + cheddar + parmesan.
Fold in cooked pasta. Let thicken.
