We visited Tom Vincent’s pizzeria: Vincenzo’s. We had fun discovering how a food we eat so often in Italy can transform as it travels and gets influenced by the cultures it meets. Vincenzo’s is one of the hottest pizzerias in London and has just opened its new location in Shoreditch. We chatted and ate with Tom Vincent to understand why his pizza is so special.

  1. Everytime I meet an Italian, I cannot resist the urge to ask: When is e yor Dolmio day? Pizza is ubiquitous – so much so that I have lost enthusiasm for it.

  2. Not far from where I am i will check it out. Great channel and love the Italian English accents ❤️

  3. My brother and I had Saturday jobs there back in the 90s when it was still a sandwich shop called Picnic’s… weird to see it now 😂

  4. This makes me a little sad because I have yet to find any good pizza in my new area. The search continues.

  5. “London-style pizza” is made very similarly to how we did it in a large uk supermarket 20 years ago (including the 2 types of cheese), except we used frozen bases. Because supermarket pizza 🤣. Unfortunately it’s all prepackaged these days, but that’s good news for restaurants and takeaways I guess!

  6. I'm British born to Pakistani Parents and set up my Korean Street Food restaurant in London. I'd love you guys to feature our story

  7. I've never seen a shop's open and close times end with anything other then the top of the hour or half past the hour. 4:15 to 9:15 is very new to me
