Soft, tasty and healthy mini millet pizzas made with bajra + wheat! A perfect kids snack that can be made easily in oven, air fryer or kadai. No yeast, quick dough and super delicious!
Ingredients (Cups & Grams):
For Dough:
โข Bajra flour โ 120 g (1 cup)
โข Wheat flour โ 80 g (โ
cup)
โข Curd โ 40 g (3 tbsp)
โข Warm water โ 80โ100 ml (โ
โยฝ cup as needed)
โข Salt โ 3 g (ยฝ tsp)
โข Oil โ 10 ml (2 tsp)
Toppings:
โข Pizza sauce โ 60 g (ยผ cup)
โข Grated cheese โ 80 g (ยพ cup)
โข Corn / capsicum / tomato โ 60 g (ยฝ cup mixed)
Procedure:
Step 1:
Mix bajra flour, wheat flour and salt in a bowl.
Step 2:
Add curd and oil. Mix well.
Step 3:
Add warm water slowly and knead into a soft dough.
Step 4:
Rest the dough for 10โ15 minutes.
Step 5:
Make small balls and roll into mini pizza bases.
Step 6:
Spread pizza sauce, add cheese and toppings.
Oven Method:
Preheat at 180ยฐC. Bake for 12โ15 minutes till cheese melts and base turns crisp.
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat Air fry at 180ยฐC and bake for 8โ10 minutes.
Kadai Method:
Preheat kadai with a stand for 10 minutes on low flame.
Place pizza on a plate, cover and cook on low flame for 12โ15 minutes till cheese melts.
