italian please
Loved this video! I'd say here in Portugal is pretty much the same. Housing in super expensive (renting and buying); eating out is expensive as well but there's cheaper options if you make a bit of research and plan ahead; transportion is what I found to be almost the same in terms of prices here but the system is not very good, confusing ticket plans, old and constantly delayed trains which get really full because there are not a lot of them circulating too; grocery shopping is cheaper here, at least it seems to me that there's more options of cheapet places to get groceries; phone plans and bills is the same hahah always on the lookout for the best and cheapest plan. The biggest problem Italy and Portugal have in commom is the low salary for the an increasing expensive world we live in. That and corruption 😂 but I love both countries (dont get me wrong)
❤❤❤
That sounds pretty reasonable compared to a lot of major cities in Europe. 👍
Lol the same as in Ljubljana
This is amazing! Please keep this type of content coming!
L’esselunga in realtà è uno dei supermercati più costosi, e il cappuccino è molto difficile trovarlo sotto 1.80€
how are you 35?! You look so much younger
I’m glad more Europeans are sharing their numbers, it is helpful to know when you consider moving abroad 😊
Watching from Texas USA. Love your Accent the way you speak. Subscribed to your channel. Been to Milan, Nice, Cinque Terre, Amalfi, lake Como, Rome, Pisa, Venice, and Florence Love every part of Italy. The places I liked the most in the order are Amalfi/Sorrento area, lake Como, CT, Rome and of course other cities I visited. Want to explore Portofino. Genoa and the coastal cities nearby.-, Tuscany etc and revisit Amalfi and lake Como.
You mentioned that you are buying a place of your own. What area of Milan and what is the price is it a new one or pre owned. I love Europe so much and Italy has everything regardless of which part of Italy. Ideally I would like to buy a 1 Bed room Condo in Italy and have it a sa base for me for my stay and travel places from there. Is it possible to get 3 month rental for 1 BR condo? (Not interested with Air BnB- too pricey).
Paris is so expensive even in suburbs… Thanks for the video though!
Dolce Vita. Milan is beautiful. Thanks for the work. Thanks for Cost Transparancy. It is really important. Think Global… Act local.
Thanks for the honest breakdown of your spendings, it’s always helpful (and of course interesting) to see how other people manage spending in your area! We have similar spendings on groceries but other numbers are different and often fluctuate, so it’s hard to count for sure 😀 but I agree that this cost of living is totally worth it, love Milan ❤
Are you from Russia? You look like so young❤❤❤
I own a 80m2 apartment in a E class building in Udine, damn, our central heater (caldaia) is OLD, bills are too high, repairs every season, we end up paying around 500 / mo eventually. Groceries are cheaper here, and consider we have Slovenia nearby – shopping is 20% lower on average than in Italy.
What about students?
Mamma mia ! Beautiful city but very expensive!
How much is a studio apartment to buy (cheapest) in Milan?
Sounds good. Im hoping 5k euros would be enough for a couple. 4k even better. Right now we spend 8-9k usd monthly in idling mode with no travel and not buying big items. Looking at Manhattan 20 minutes from Times Square
