  8. food inspired by dreams is hit or miss in my experience, that's how I invented the Uncrustable tempura (really good) or the biblically accurate 9 dog pig in a blanket (not good)

  9. "How do you clean front of house?" Why do I get the feeling this dude has never once seen a mop, a vacuum cleaner, or a spray bottle of cleaner?

  10. Customers aren't often helping either to falling business notice how badly they're performing. Like out of politeness they try to order something edible but they likely will not visit the place again.

    Then if the place is in a good spot that has a lot of traffic and stuff nearby so they keep getting customers, they might not realize that they aren't really building returning customer base which tend to be locals.

    So they don't face the reality that they're wasting a lot of money per customer by cooking multiple meals and are only able to charge them money once for it and them not recommending the place.
