    A lot of you have been asking for more reasonably priced homes, and that’s exactly what this video is. It’s in Los Angeles, architectural and mid-century modern, tucked into the canyons with views, and thoughtfully designed and curated. Given the price point, it checks a lot of boxes.     I love this home! I have an appreciation for all those super minimalist homes, but they definitely leave something to be desired when it comes to comfort. When I get home I don't want to feel like I'm stepping into a conference room, and I think this property really shines in that aspect. Especially with all the greenery! As someone who loves to hike and camp outdoors, its nice to get some of that piece of mind you get when been out in nature, but still having the comfort of home!

    I like this as a 10 million dollar "reasonably priced" home not because 10 mil is anything most of us will hit, but its at least dream-able. some of the mega mansions you have shown are impossible to get even if we hit the lotto lol. Still love seeing those obviously but these sprinkled in from time to time, and even in other parts of the country would be awesome!

    I like this price point, it's a stretch, but it feels attainable and like something we can all work towards. When I see 70 million that's just a whole other planet and not something I'd ever even wont.

    I love this house! The sensation of coziness is amazing. It looks like a forest cabin. And for just 10M$….😂 I'm laughing but compared to some soulless more expensive houses, this one has something really special ❤

    My guess for the step design is they were precast, with a non-slip add-on in mind, a lot of building codes requires it. The client or the project manager probably said #&*k that I prefer to slip and split my skull than see that strip, flipped the step and voilà

    I have to add a few more perks. 10 million also gets you an endless supply of muggings, high taxes, smog, and relentless woke crap from the Democrat supermajority that runs the state. Oh, and how could I forget? If you are white, you will quickly be crowned "racists" and accused of benefiting from "white privilege". Welcome to LA.

    That roof is a complete nightmare… asphalt membrane requires heavy maintenance, and even with the modest 300mm/year precipitations of that area… youre better off sacrificing a bit of aesthetic and installing a cover, sloped and more robust roof

    One of the metal "lip" at the bottom of the stairs is a death trap for children if they ever trip and fall directly towards it. A really unnecessary design.
