  1. Who besides me watched the entire video and still has no idea of what a pizzoccheri ? I saw a guy cutting cabbage and pulling cheese from the fridge.😂

  2. I PIZZOCCHERI PIATTO TIPICO VALTELLINESE E CI SONO ANCHE I PIZZOCCHERI DELLA VAL CHIAVENNA 🤭💚🤍❤️ SALUTI DA MONZA BRIANZA👋👋👋👋

  3. Pizzoccheri is a typical pasta from Valtellina (valley north of Milan and Lake Como) made with buckwheat flour. It is seasoned with butter, garlic, plenty of local cheeses (bitto and casera) and vegetables (patatoes and savoy cabbage). As we say in Italy "they are so good that they resurrect the dead"

  4. I do not see any pasta even if buckwheat. Where in mid america can you find any buckwheat pasta or savoy cabbage? And who has cows in the city to make cheese?

  5. I'm nothing that Italians speaking English add an "ah" after most words. It's kind of endearing.
My range of Italian covers all of their food's names and nothing else.
