Marinade oxtails and Hens
1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/3 each Herbs Oregano, Italian, paprika

Electric smoker:
Fill pan with apple cider vinegar and water Leave 1in below full mark. Check 2hrs refill
Apple wood or mesquite wood chips full pan

Cook at 225
Oxtails cook for 3- 4hrs pull out put with beans in crockpot
Hens cook for 5 hrs
