In 2012, a restaurant owner in Italy had a cracked wheel of Parmesan he couldn’t sell.
Instead of throwing it away, he poured hot pasta inside to melt the remaining cheese.
It was meant for staff only…
But customers saw it — and everything changed.
What started as a way to avoid food waste became one of Italy’s most profitable tourist dishes.
Sometimes the best creations are accidents. 🍝🔥📌 Hashtags

What is this backround song😅😅😅☠️
The scam is not an accident.
The issue wasn’t the restaurant, it was the creativity that’s was lacked. And that applies to all work places. Besides like circus performers or whatever. But like fast food used to be good, like real goo, now, 😐😐☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️. That’s all I do is just look and walk away, but then I thought of looking up ingredients and begin throwing it together. Thinking about doing a little thing of 4.
Fake story maybe? "Only meant for staff, but customers saw it…" Erm, how??? Were they accidentally in the kitchen 😂 wtf
