The Pizza Pop-Up happens only twice a year at Michelin Star Fiola in Washington DC and I never miss it. This year I ordered two pizzas to go along with 12 other snacks, appetizers and desserts.
My first pie was light with a thin crispy crust, tomato, anchovies, pecorino and basil. Chef Antonio puts love and care into every pizza and bakes them in a tiny oven that fits only one at a time. Was it worth $37 dollars? Absolutely!

In Italy, we call this pizza Pizza Napoli, but the black olives on the anchovy pizza were a nice touch.
Come to the UK and get the Asian special. You vegans are so tasteless😂. Where’s the meat?
Olives and anchovy on pizza are my two favorite toppings

I had the best pizza I've had at Cotogna in SF. Maitake and shaved white truffle. The crust was incredible and of course truffle. Price was insane
