High Protein Pizza Bowl (Review)

Solid 8/10 from me 🍕

Didn’t fully scratch that greasy takeaway pizza itch…

But still absolutely banging.

And stupidly easy to make.

Perfect little meal prep vibe.

Here’s what you need 👇

Ingredients (1 serving)

120g blended cottage cheese
40g self-raising flour
3 tbsp tomato or pizza sauce
100g lean turkey mince (raw weight)
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Bell peppers
Onion
Turkey pepperoni
Low calorie spray oil

Optional cheese on top if you want that extra pizza energy.

How to make it

Spray your oven dish with low cal spray.

Mix the flour and blended cottage cheese until it forms a dough.

Press it into the container to create your base.

Cook your turkey mince in a pan with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder.

Top the base with sauce.

Add the cooked turkey mince.

Throw on peppers, onion and turkey pepperoni.

Add cheese if using.

Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.

That’s it.

High protein.

Easy.

Meal prep friendly.

  1. I don’t like the taste of cottage cheese or the mouth feel. If I'm going to eat a soft cheese or a curded cheese, I'll do Burrata. To me it has a better mouth feel and it doesn’t have the tange.

  2. Honestly though…cottage cheese is yuck and damn expensive where I live🇹🇹 so I need a good alternative…lemme google!

  3. This may seem like an idiot question, and I apologise if someone's already asked and you've answered, but what size oven dish are we using for one serving of this? I can't guesstimate sizes in videos for the life of me (couldn't help it, I know exactly what you wanna say now). 😂
